Bollywood-Style

Inspired by my friend's wedding saree, I went searching for this beautiful material.

And look at what I found!

This one just.takes.my.breath.away.! It's white and heavily beaded, perfect for a simple baju kurung. I would probably use this for my akad nikah. That is if I had another chance of doing my wedding all over again :p



This light brown+gold-ish sheer saree screams GLAMOROUS! Imagine that for your reception dress, with some gold detailing, you can be one glamorous bride! *love*



I love this grey beaded saree as well. Very very chic! And the best thing about grey? It matches a lot of other colours to bring out different moods.



Like if you pair it with this pink saree for your bridemaids/entourage/family members, you'd achieve a very chic but sweet look.



Just look at that detailing at the bottom! That's just grand!! I would probably use this for my tunang. Oh, or baju raya also nice! Hmmmm...*thinking*



The last two sarees would be nice either for an engagement do' or for your bridemaids/friends.





Aren't they gorgeous?

If you haven't bought your wedding material, try sarees for something different. Asyik lace je boring jugak kan?

I'm certainly thinking of buying some for myself!

Hello Mr. Syomir!

That's Syomir Izwa I'm hello-ing at ;) Went to see him today for my baju nikah. I have to say, out of all (macam banyak, padahal 3 je! :p) designers that I have met so far, Syomir is the coolest hands down! He's so down-to-earth, very nice and easy to talk to, and just...COOL! Oh, he's not bad looking too, so that's a plus *wink* So he sketched me the designs for my baju nikah. And I love love it! I love the sketch for this baju more than the sketch for my baju reception. Fashion Styles: Blouse

If you have been following me on this blog, you’d probably know that I’m such a girly girl. I just love being a girl. Seriously, what’s not to love? We have the best in fashion. Fashion is dedicated to us, women! From hair bands and clips to shoes and stockings, and everything in between. I had many fashion phases growing up. The “Clueless” inspired fashion; checkered pants, preppy blouses and small furry backpacks, short dresses with platforms ala Baby Spice and so much more. But, as I grow older, I stuck to a classic and simple style. My husband loves it when I’m dressed in a simple skinny jeans/pants and blouse . And that has been my staple since I got married. Wedding Decorator gone AWOL!!

Arghhhh, anybody in contact with Arma of Arma Couture? I have been texting him since last week but NO reply! So frustrating. I met him about two weeks ago to discuss concept etc. I texted him the next day to ask for his bank details so that I can bank-in the deposit. Tapi sampai ke hari ni, tak kasi lagi bank details nyer! So, as of now, Im still without a decorator!! Aihhh, just when I thought that everything's settled. I really like his work but if still no reply, I'm going to have to find other decorators la. I dont want to keep texting him. I hate to appear pushy because I'm not. I'm cool really.
