Hola!
Sorry I've been so hopeless at updating.
Since my last post, I have made some progress! *pats back*
Bought myself a pair of running/walking/training shoes. I got the Skechers Shape-Ups Liv. And it's ohsem. That spring-y sole makes walking and running a bit more comfortable. It does need some getting use to - that spring-y sole actually works your calf muscles. The first few days of wearing them, I felt some tightness on my bottom and calf, but now they are just so comfy.
So, now that I've got my shoes, I ought to be working out more right? And I have! *beams*
I've enrolled myself into a powerplate class! I go three times a week and ohmygod, I love it! One session is only for 30 minutes but because you're doing squats and lunges on the vibration plate, you'll be panting and sweating 10 minutes into it. *My stamina is na-da these days* Not to forget, you'll be swearing during the session.
"Why do you do this to yourself?" "Kalau teruk macam ni, biar je la gemok, asal happy" "Remember this pain - and stop stuffing your face!"
After my first proper session, I couldn't walk, go up and down the stairs, get up and down from sitting position without looking like a granny. Mom commented, "Ini lagi teruk dari beranak ni!" =___=
But, I just love the feeling after a workout. I dont think I have lost weight or inches yet, but I feel tight all over. You know what I mean? The flabby bits dont feel too wobbly. Haha.
Oh well, losing weight is painful. I hope I get this in my head the next time I reach for that chocolate!
