Pantone Colour of the Year 2013

... is Emerald!!

Okay, I cannot not agree with this colour choice because I am soooo into this colour right now. Haha, I'd like to think that I'm a trendsetter.

In on of the weddings that I attended just last weekend, the bride's family all wore emerald green. And it was beautiful. The colour didn't overshadow the bride and groom's classic all white outfits but rather complements it beautifully.

I think it also works as a wedding outfit, possibly for the more adventurous brides. Imagine an emerald green songket as your wedding attire, that would be breathtaking, no?

Since I have been married for almost 3 years now, I'll settle for an emerald green hari raya outfit only lah. Haha.

So, brides out there, try out this colour to bring out the chic-ness in you! :p

Glitch

If you see that my blog is looking a bit wonky, that's because stupid me did it! I deleted some of my photos on my Google drive which are on this blog and now it's all gone. Am working on fixing this glitch. Just bear with me, please. Thank you and see you with hopefully a new look!

Crates Crazy!

Ohmygod!! This is exactly what I was thinking of doing for our home office!!!!! Ahhh, and to think that I got the inspiration without looking at any pictures/blogs/etc. I feel like I very creative like that. Anyhoos, mine hasn't materialized yet because I haven't found the crates in KL. I called up one of the wine shops (simply because they are the ones that use crates and would prolly have them) in Desa Sri Hartamas, but they said they don't keep theirs. ??!! I have to say, tho, that I haven't been trying hard enough. I could just drop by and ask from all these wine shops, Cold Storage etc. Okay, I am now driven to do so. Happy Birthday Jid!

My friend, Jid turned 29 today!! She's on maternity leave now, having just given birth to her second (!!!) son 3 weeks ago. Today, a few of my friends went to her house to celebrate. I couldn't be there as I had a few events to attend today. *sob* But, the pictures that my friend posted looks beautiful. Natte made a rainbow birthday cake and it looked absolutely divine. To my dearest J, hope you had a wonderful birthday. I pray that you and your lil family be blessed always with boutifuls of rezeki and happiness. Here's to a lifetime of friendship!
