Get Fit with POPSUGAR Fitness

Day 6 of 25 weeks!

I am so proud that I have been moving every single day since Tuesday. After a year of not doing vigorous exercise, it was really difficult to exercise. But, I am determined. I powered through and kept on with the exercises.

I was looking for a short but intense workout that I can easily fit into my schedule. And I found this - popsugartvfit on YouTube.

They have a variety of workouts, mostly 10 minutes each. So, I do this before I go to work or after dinner sometimes. These exercises should be easier to do once my fitness level increases. But , for now they work.

I have done three of their workouts already.

 Belly Fat Blasting Workout, Tone Abs

This workout targets your core, but it's not your normal sit-ups exercises. The exercises in this video combines cardio and abs. So, each workout targets your abs while increasing your heart rate. So you burn fat and tone your tummy. Awesome, kan? There is no rest in between so you'll be panting and sweating (and swearing!) a few minutes into this workout.

Victoria's Secret Model Workout: 10-minute Fat-Blasting Circuit

This is one of the reasons why I love popsugartvfit! They've got a variety of celebrity-inspired body videos with the celebrity's personal trainer conducting the workout. So you get workouts videos like Jennifer Aniston's Abs and Heidi Klum's Body by their own personal trainer themselves.

Similarly, this one is conducted by the person who trains the Victoria Secret models. It's 10 minutes. It's intense. And it's good. I love this because this workout video targets the whole body. You really get your heart rate up with this one.

Skinny Jeans Workout 

As the name suggests, this exercise works your lower body. I LOVE the skinny jeans workout, because I feel like after doing this, I would be able to work my skinnies beautifully. Haha.

Again, this 10-minute video isnt't easy. It really works your lower body. I guess you can't just do a 10-minute exercise without working really hard. I always team-up this workout with another one that targets my top half since this exercise really just focuses on your legs and booty. Oh, I especially love the trainer in this one, she's always so smiley!

Hello Rizman Ruzaini, Bye Bye Syaiful Baharim!

Shocking kan? After my last post on Syaiful Baharim.

So what happened?

Ok, yesterday evening me and mom went to Jakel to get the lace. Sampai je Jakel, pegi la kat tingat kain exclusive tu, focus hanya untuk mencari lace. I wanted a simple, CHEAP, non-beaded lace. Any kind, asalkan cantik. The SA who helped us, who happens to be the owner and Mom's friend, mestilah tunjuk yang beaded Solstiss je. Without a doubt, Solstiss lace IS exquisite. Memang tengok muka automatically berseri-seri, bibir tersenyum-senyum. But, boy, the price! MasyaAllah..!

I was actually quite good; I actually said NO because the laces that she showed me are all very expensive, jenis ribu2 PER METRE! And I was looking to buy 4 metres of lace! So I said to Kak S (the owner), I prefer the simpler one, no beads, tak payah la Solstiss2 ni. So, she showed me some, plain, simple and sweet, I didnt have a problem getting just that.

Then.....

Kak S: Who's your designer nanti?

Me: Syaiful Baharim..
